Our travel philosophy

Well, there’s a lot to tell here! Let’s start with the beginning.

Most of the time on Saturday at 5 pm it’s the check in time. But if you arrive earlier in the marina you get to know the rest of the crews and you can organize yourself for the supply of food and drink for the whole week. Once the purchases are made and delivered to your boat, you can relax, you can decide the cabins according to your preferences or you can draw lots. Next is organizing everything around and after that the skipper will tell all you have to know.

Next day, in the morning, after an espresso or a nice flat white, we raise the anchor and leave for the first destination in our itinerary. In a very short time you will find yourself in a quiet bay with crystal clear water without any worries but with some cocktails and good music. Someone can cook lunch, you can help, or you can decide to go to the tavern or order food on the boat. It’s all up to you.

In the evening we either stay in the bays at anchor to wake up in the morning in a magical atmosphere or dock in the marina and we have chic villages with narrow streets and many shops to visit. Sometimes we spend time in the bays dancing barefoot on the sand under the stars. Sometimes we dress chic and go out.

We sail 2 hours a day but you will love it because you can learn if you want.

After an amazing week,  unfortunately we will have the check out on Saturday at 9 am. Many times, the crew stays together for a few days to visit the city / island.

Luggage

Read carefully because the following items should be part of your luggage to enjoy a comfortable vacation:

  • Identity card and valid transport documents (ID / Passport and car / plane documents);
  • Money (preferably cash, in some locations credit cards are useless);
  • Sun protection cream;
  • Hat, cap or other item (depending on your personal style)
  • Specific medications (if you are taking a separate medication)
  • Boat shoes (or any other shoes but test them not to leave marks or damage the deck.
  • Water shoes
  • Swimsuit (you are going to wear that most of the time)
  • Sunglasses
  • T-shirts and shorts
  • Windproof jacket
  • Clothes / shoes for the city (if you want a special look in the ports we will visit)
  • Books/ magazines
  • Snorkeling stuff (if you want)
  • Beach towel
  • Try to use a travel bag / backpack that can be folded and easy to store in the cabin

You should not load your luggage with unnecessary stuff. Most likely you will wear half of the thing you carry in your luggage.
